The key principals who will be responsible for the overall management of the project are uniquely positioned to help guide the development and sales of this product, as they are the owners of the top real estate brokerage houses on nearby Longboat Key, FL. The Beach Club is affiliated with Boutique Club International, LLC, which will oversee all sales and marketing, and Resort Quest will manage the property.

 

Charles L. Starr, III

Charles “Larry” Starr is the Manager of Beach Club Development. He also currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Realty One Florida, a real estate investment and development company located in Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Starr brings to the project twenty years of experience in the luxury resort and hospitality industry, having been President of the Southwest Florida Division of ResortQuest, the country’s largest vacation property management firm. Prior to that, Mr. Starr served as President and General Manager of Florida Vacation Accommodations, a company that managed over three thousand resort properties on Florida’s west coast. To date, Mr. Starr has been involved in the financing, acquisition, and development of ten vacation condominium conversions.

 

Kim D. Walker

Kim Walker began his real estate investment career in 1998 with a purchase, recapitalization, and subsequent resale of a retirement center in New Port Richey, Florida. Over the past several years, Mr. Walker was responsible for the development, acquisition and sales of several Clearwater, FL properties. In 2005 Mr. Walker as majority partner purchased the Casey Key Resort and Mc Calls Beach Castle Resort on Longboat Key. He has since successfully disposed of the Casey Key property and has sold over 90% of the units in condominium conversions of the Longboat Key Property. Mr. Walker continues to be involved in additional development projects in the Florida area and owns multiple vacation properties.
